Pricing Guide

There are three things you can pay for, and none of them is a seat. The platform is priced on the size of your company, so you can invite every hiring manager, recruiter and interviewer at no extra cost. Sourcing is an optional monthly add-on for reaching people who are not on Stori yet. Interviews are charged per candidate, once each.

The platform is the whole applicant tracking system. Every band includes the same features:

• Unlimited seats — Invite your whole hiring team at no extra cost
• Unlimited jobs and pipelines — Create, duplicate, pause, close, and archive jobs (the free band runs up to 5 open roles at once)
• Careers page and inbound applications
• Interview scheduling and offers
• Shortlists, notes and collaboration — Team notes and ratings on every candidate
• Hiring workflows
• Reports, analytics and audit log
• Search the network and preview anyone

You choose your band from the Platform card at the top of Settings > Billing (Admins only). Picking the free band saves your company size. Picking a paid band takes you to Stripe Checkout. For more than 250 people, use Talk to us on the same card.

Sourcing is optional. Without it, everything else in Stori works: your jobs, your pipeline, your careers page, your interviews, and searching the Stori network. What Sourcing adds is the people who are not on Stori yet — verified email and phone from a database of hundreds of millions of profiles, with outreach sequences built in.

The allowance belongs to your company, not to a person. Any team member you switch on can spend it, and you can set a per-person ceiling from Settings > Access so one recruiter cannot use the month in an afternoon.

Subscribe from the Sourcing card in Settings > Billing (Admins only), or from the Sourcing tab on any job.

Interviews are $20 per candidate, less at volume. You pay once per person, ever — and that access belongs to your whole company: rewatch the interview, share it with the hiring manager, bring the panel back to it before a final round, or read a chapter they add next year, all at no extra cost.

When you are charged

• Candidates you invite — Sending the invitation costs nothing, and an interview the candidate never finishes costs nothing. You are charged once a completed interview exists.
• Candidates already on Stori — Previewing them is free, and so are the first two minutes of their interview. You are charged only if you keep watching. Deciding someone is wrong for the role costs you nothing.

You never pay twice for the same person. If you invited a candidate and they completed their interview, watching it later is free.

The volume ladder

The price per interview falls as your yearly volume rises. It applies automatically — there is nothing to switch on.

How it appears on your bill

Interviews are added to your next invoice as they happen, rather than being bought up front. The Interviews card in Settings > Billing shows how many candidates you have been charged for this month, what they came to, and which rung of the ladder you are on.

If you prefer to pay in advance, Buy credits on the same card sells interview credits at the same ladder prices. Credits are spent before anything is invoiced.

You can change your platform band at any time from the Platform card in Settings > Billing (Admins only). Once you are on a paid band, use Manage subscription on the same card to update payment details or cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Sourcing is managed the same way, from its own card.

Cancelling Sourcing stops contact unlocks and outreach at the end of the billing period. It does not touch your jobs, your pipeline or any interview you have already paid for.
