Your Unified Report

The Unified Report is what you get when you cross-reference your trait scores with what you actually said in the interview. It surfaces the moments where what you say matches what you score on (alignment) and where they diverge (worth noticing).

Sections, top to bottom:

• Stori Meta-Traits Radar — your scores across the four Stori meta-traits (thinking, discipline, execution, communication) on a single chart.
• Big Five Radar — your scores on the five scientifically validated Big Five personality dimensions.
• Trait Alignment Overlay — visual comparison showing how the two trait systems agree or disagree.
• Executive Summary — AI-generated paragraph synthesizing the strongest themes from your traits and interview.
• Trait & Interview Alignment — a grid showing where your interview answers and trait scores reinforce each other versus where they diverge.
• Stori Meta-Traits Analysis — deep dive on each of the four Stori traits, with facet-level scores and supporting interview moments.
• Big Five Analysis — the same depth for each Big Five dimension, with quoted interview excerpts as evidence.

The report needs both pieces of data to build:

• Your traits assessment, completed.
• Your Stori interview, completed.

Once both are in place, Stori uses an AI synthesis pass to identify alignment patterns between trait scores and interview content. The first generation takes about 30 seconds. Once generated, the report is cached and renders instantly.

The Unified Report is free on every plan, including Starter — full report, with all sections and supporting evidence.

Your Stori profile URL — onestori.com/can/[your-name]/[code] — is the same view a hiring manager sees when you share. The report is on the Traits tab.

You control what's visible per recipient through your visibility settings (Settings → Visibility):

• Profile — resume, contact info, work history.
• Interview — your video and transcript.
• Traits — your trait scores and the Unified Report.

Each can be turned on or off independently. Public viewers see only what's enabled. Stori clients (logged-in companies) see everything regardless of these toggles.

There's no PDF download for the Unified Report at the moment — it's a web-only experience by design, since the trait charts and inline interview clips don't translate well to a static PDF.
