Credit Packs (Outreach Only)
Outreach plan users can purchase additional credit packs beyond the 40 monthly subscription credits:

Purchased credits carry over forever and never expire. Subscription credits (the 40 you get monthly) reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Sponsored My Stori Access
If a company previously gave you a sponsored month of My Stori, it keeps working until it expires. While it lasts, your shareable Stori link and video-embedded PDF resume stay available. When it ends, your account continues on the free Starter plan, and you can subscribe to Outreach at any time.
Changing Your Plan
You can change your plan at any time from Settings > Billing:
Upgrading
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- All Outreach features are available right away
- Your 40 monthly credits are added immediately
Cancelling
- You can cancel Outreach at any time
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- Your account reverts to the free Starter plan
- Unused subscription credits are lost at the end of the cycle
- Purchased credits are preserved regardless of plan changes
- All your profile data, interview content, and traits results are preserved
- You can re-subscribe at any time
When cancelling Outreach, any unused subscription credits for the current month will be lost at the end of the billing cycle. Consider using them before the cycle ends. Purchased credits are never affected by plan changes.
