AI Skills for Your Search
Two ready-made recipes for Claude or ChatGPT once your Stori is connected: prepare for an interview from your own words, and reach the people who own the roles you want. Install in a minute, edit any line.
What a Skill Is
With your Stori connected, Claude or ChatGPT can read your interview, your report and the jobs you are tracking, and can find hiring managers and draft outreach for you. A skill is a short Markdown file that tells the assistant how to do one of those jobs well: what to read first, what to show you, and where to stop and ask before spending a credit or sending anything. Your record stays in Stori; the skill only describes the procedure.
Both skills work from your own words. They quote your interview back to you instead of rewriting you, they never invent experience, and they never send a message you have not read.

Install in Claude
- Connect your Stori first, following Connect Claude or ChatGPT.
- Download the skill's zip from the table above.
- In claude.ai open Settings → Capabilities → Skills and upload the zip. Claude Desktop uses the same setting.
- Start a new chat and ask in plain language: "I have a second interview at Linear on Thursday, help me prepare."
Install in ChatGPT
- Connect your Stori first, following the same guide.
- Open the skill's SKILL.md from the table and copy its text.
- Create a Project in ChatGPT, add the Stori connection to it, and paste the text into the project's instructions.
- Ask in plain language inside that project.
Make It Yours
Edit anything. People most often change the message length and tone in the outreach skill, add their target companies to the example requests, and add a line about what they will not say about a previous employer. Keep the rule that nothing is sent until you have read it.
The outreach skill can only find people and reveal contact details if you have allowed that for connected apps in your Stori settings. Unlocking spends credits from your balance and sending spends an Outreach credit; the skill tells you the cost before each one and waits for a yes.
What Skills Cannot Do
- See any other candidate, or compare you with anyone. Every tool returns your own record only.
- Change your interview, transcript or report. Retakes happen in the app.
- Accept or decline an offer. That is done through the link in your application, by you.
- Send anything you have not approved in the chat.
