This is a new approach to interviewing where people are asked about their story in the context of things only the candidate would know, like the full names of people they worked with and admired, and ranking previous colleagues for certain traits. All things AI cannot answer for you.

Stori exists to make the first interview process simple for everyone. If a client has additional information to ask then that would be considered a second interview, so congratulations. They can also interact with you via Stori and Stori will let you know what companies have asked which additional questions. The answers your give will form part of your answers database unless they are confidential for that client.

All companies use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) to provisionally rank candidates and then manage candidates through the hiring process. To date, these ATSs have had sophisticated ranking capabilities, but on resumes as data to rank which are typically 500 words or so.
