Product Designer

$180,000 to $220,000, remote

Why now

We have just raised $10 million in a Series A round, and this will be our first product designer. You will establish our design system and lead the charge in integrating AI into our product offerings.

Milestones for this role

• In the first 30 days, nail the design system.
• In the first 6 months, build out a series of features on our roadmap.
• By year 1, run a team of 3 people.

What makes this role demanding

This is a challenging role because we're working in a space that hasn't really changed in decades, and we're pioneering new ways of doing what we do. There will be a lot of responsibility for this person.

The team you will join

You will be one of 10 people, reporting directly to the CEO.

The ideal candidate

You will have established a design system from scratch, built out product features, and led a team of at least three people. Experience in a startup, especially one that recently raised money, is ideal. Demonstrated use of AI in personal or professional projects is a plus. The three candidates we end up interviewing will have demonstrated this, so if that is not you, this role may not be the best match.

Where it leads

We are currently ten people looking to grow to 250 in two years so there's a ton of opportunity for grown
