Key role deliverables

• 30 days: Integrate with the team and understand the current frontend architecture.
• 90 days: Fully own all frontend development and start implementing improvements.
• 6 months: Optimize frontend processes and contribute to daily production releases.
• 12 months: Develop and implement a new feature set that enhances user experience.

The challenges

You will take full ownership of the frontend, working with React and TypeScript, and ensure daily production releases. The challenge is to manage this in a small team of 10, where your decisions directly impact the company's growth trajectory. You'll need to push back with well-reasoned arguments when necessary, ensuring the best outcomes for the product.

The team you will join

You will be one of 10 people, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll work closely with the entire team, contributing to the company's rapid growth.

Who gets this role

You will have owned frontend development in a startup, with experience in high-growth settings. Proficiency in React and TypeScript is required. The three candidates we end up interviewing will have demonstrated this, so if that is not you, this role may not be the best match.
