A Sales Associate at Van Cleef & Arpels is responsible for achieving sales goals while balancing daily business and High Jewelry sales. This role involves developing a loyal clientele, attending social functions to generate new business, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals while balancing daily business and High Jewelry sales. - Develop a network and a loyal clientele. - Attend social functions within the community to generate new business. - Invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events. - Reach out through social media and other supports. - Manage CRM initiatives including client data capture and accuracy. - Communicate novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clienteling reporting. - Assist in display set up each morning and breakdown in the evening. - Ensure products are stored safely nightly. - Provide excellent customer service and follow up on after sales service. - Follow the repair process from start to finish. - Ensure customer satisfaction and follow all implemented Maison policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in a fast-paced luxury and/or sales background. - Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities. - Excellent computer skills. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification is preferred.
