Who gets this role

Tick each one that is true of you.

A design system built or rebuilt at a software company of 50 to 500 people, in daily use by engineers you did not sit beside.

A complex desktop workflow, such as scheduling or billing, taken from research to shipped with a measured result.

Advanced Figma, including variables.

Between finalists it comes down to a proposal you wrote, and how engineers changed it.
